Shipping Policy
We ship all of our products with great care to ensure they arrive safely to your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days. We combine shipping on orders of multiple items to save on the total cost. This automatically adds up in your shopping cart, so you can rest assured you're getting the best value!

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate availability on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, email us at info@themerchantroom.com within 30 days of your order, and we will gladly replace it, exchange it, or refund your money. (We can only refund shipping cost if the item is returned as a result of our error.) Returns are processed upon receiving the merchandise back to us. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
